Surfboard prices start at R8000/USD $620 and range upwards depending on the materials and time required to make them. We only ever use 100% recycled foam. This is part of a recycling job creation project we started in Mayville township on the outskirts of Durban in 2016. This helps feed three families directly. We supply the bulk EPS foam free of charge and guarantee to buy back the repurposed glued up blanks. We offer a range of laminate combinations including hemp, flax, silk and bamboo. These can be used exclusively or in combination with fibreglass. We use epoxy bio resins. All boards come standard with Futures boxes unless otherwise requested. These boards are labour intensive to make, but much kinder on the environment and the people making them. Also in our experience the natural fabrics and bio resin laminates are far superior in strength to standard PU blank/Polyester resin boards. The wait time on a new board is approximately two months. A 50% deposit gets you in the queue. The balance is payable upon collection. We ship worldwide. For payment we accept Paypal, EFT or cash.
